SiR Says Drake’s Camp Shut Down His Toronto Show Over Kendrick Lamar Beef

SiR claims his 2024 Toronto concert was canceled by Drake’s team because of the ongoing feud with Kendrick Lamar.

“I kinda got caught in the middle of a beef that I didn’t have shit to do with,” he told fans. “The venue in Toronto, which was partially owned by Drake, canceled the show completely.”

He said even attempts to move the show elsewhere were shut down. “I ain’t taking no motherf**king chance—you gonna get your ass beat in Toronto,” he recalled being told.

Schoolboy Q reportedly faced a similar cancellation last summer, adding fuel to rumors of behind-the-scenes gatekeeping tied to the Kendrick–Drake beef.

With Kendrick scheduled to perform in Toronto soon, many are watching to see if tensions have cooled—or if the city is still caught in the crossfire.
