Rapper, Quavo, recently took to Twitter to confess his relapse on Xanax.

Xanax is the brand name for alprazolam, a medication that belongs to the benzodiazepine class of drugs. It is commonly prescribed for the treatment of anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and sometimes for other conditions like insomnia. Xanax works by enhancing the effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that inhibits activity in the brain, thereby producing a calming effect.
