Jewish Rights Groups Condemn Kanye West Over "Heil Hitler" Release

Kanye West released a song titled "Heil Hitler" which has been condemned by Jewish rights organizations and the public.
The song’s release on May 8 coincided with VE Day, the anniversary of Nazi Germany's defeat, intensifying the backlash.
The American Jewish Committee labeled the track as blatant antisemitism and urged the music industry to speak out against it.
The Simon Wiesenthal Center criticized the song as hate speech and called on social media platforms to remove West from their platforms.
The music video features a group of Black men in formation chanting the song’s lyrics while wearing animal skins.
The video ends with an excerpt from a 1935 speech by Adolf Hitler.
West defended the song on social media, claiming that it was unfairly banned by streaming platforms while other controversial songs remain available.
The incident follows a series of controversies involving West, including antisemitic remarks and the promotion of swastika-emblazoned merchandise.
