Feds Raid Diddy's L.A. & Miami Homes

Homeland Security Investigations conducted raids on Sean "Diddy" Combs' properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation into possible sex trafficking, amid multiple sexual assault allegations against the music mogul.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents, alongside other law enforcement officials, have conducted raids on properties owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing investigation into possible sex trafficking activities, confirmed U.S. officials on Monday.

In a statement released, HSI mentioned, "Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available."

Combs has been embroiled in several sexual assault allegations in recent months.

Last November, two women came forward accusing the music mogul of sexual abuse, just a week after he settled a separate lawsuit with singer Cassie, which included allegations of rape and physical abuse. These lawsuits were filed on the brink of the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law allowing victims of sexual abuse a one-year window to file civil action regardless of the statute of limitations.

Douglas Wigdor, Cassie's lawyer, responded to the recent raids, stating, "We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a process that will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct."

Furthermore, in December 2023, another woman accused Combs and two other men of gang raping her in 2003 when she was 17 years old, according to civil court documents filed in the United States District Court Southern District of New York. This lawsuit was filed under New York City's gender-motivated violence protection law.

Adding to the allegations, a male music producer filed a lawsuit last month alleging that Combs sexually assaulted him and coerced him into having sex with prostitutes.
