Diddy has filed an emergency motion to overturn a $100 million judgment in a sexual assault lawsuit
Diddy has filed an emergency motion to overturn a $100 million default judgment in a sexual assault lawsuit brought by Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a Michigan inmate.
Diddy's legal team claims he was never properly served and had no knowledge of the case.
They also pointed out that Cardello-Smith is a convicted felon with a history of sexual assault and that the statute of limitations for the alleged 1997 incident had expired. Diddy is also seeking to dissolve a restraining order tied to the lawsuit.
